The file is received and logged into our system.
Documentation is organized chronologically to clarify the timeline reflected in the records provided.
If documents appear missing or unclear, PRG may request clarification or additional documents.
If authorization exists, PRG may coordinate communication with professionals already involved in the matter.

Acknowledgement typically occurs within 24–48 business hours.
